RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept any returns or replacements on purchases. This is because we made pieces in small quantities and are very limited, therefore, please choose your order carefully.

REFUND POLICY:

We only accept refunds in case the parcels arrive damaged. Please note that the goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. However, if the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after the delivery (the receipt of the item) so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item is no longer in stock.
