PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS:
When purchasing products, you must fill in your personal details such as your name, address and payment details.
Please note that a purchase is not binding until we have accepted and processed it. Although you will receive an order confirmation via email/text message, please note that this does not constitute a final order confirmation.
For your security, we do not store your credit/debit card details.
The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, Bit and PayPal.
PRODUCT CARE: Our products are microwave and dishwasher safe.

However, neither the studio/company nor any individual associated with it or responsible for it will accept liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the product or services purchased from this website. COSTOMER AGE: You can purchase on the website only if you are 18 or older.
GIFT CARD: A gift of your choice with our Gift Card.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Canceling the order:
Since each item you order is unique and made in small quantities, we kindly ask you to ensure your commitment to the purchase before completing the order.
If you decide to cancel the order, please send us an email at narjispotterystudio@gmail.com or a message via our Instagram page @narjis.pottery.studio within no more than 48 hours of placing the order.
